TIKI’s new generation box trailer with brakes combines innovative design and practicality, offering a secure and convenient transport solution for various types of goods and machinery. The trailer is built to meet the needs of even the most demanding users.
If you want to protect your goods from the weather or prying eyes, the NEW TIKI box trailer is just for you. The enclosed body keeps your goods or machinery clean and securely hidden. The exterior surfaces of the trailer are ideal for use as advertising space, where you can present your products or services.
Robust construction and innovative materials
The roof and side panels of the box trailer are made of double-laminated sandwich panels with XPS insulation, which ensures strength and durability. The innovative front wall of the trailer is made from weather-resistant and extra-durable plastic, which improves aerodynamics while driving and helps reduce the fuel consumption of the car. The plastic front wall of the box trailer is highly durable and protects the trailer from flying stones and stone chips from the wheels.
Built with a reinforced full-welded frame, this trailer is made for daily tasks and is also ideal for transporting particularly heavy cargo. It is crafted from hot-dip galvanised and painted sheet metal suitable for Nordic conditions, sourced from SSAB, the world-leading and environmentally friendly producer of special and high-grade steel. This gives the trailer superior corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life and reliability even in changing weather conditions.
Driving comfort and safety
Driving comfort is ensured by a torsion axle with shock absorbers, which softens the impact of potholes and improves handling even on uneven roads. Thanks to the shock absorbers, the box trailer is Tempo 100 compliant, a key requirement for many European and Scandinavian regions. Waterproof hubs ensure a longer service life for the bearings.
The waterproof and slip-resistant plywood floor is easy to clean. The hatch used as a loading ramp is finished with a special anti-slip coating and also features gas springs to ensure smooth downward opening.
